DESCRIPTION:Halloween With Slice 325\nTuesday\, October 31 2023 1 4PM – 6PM\nHello wonderful community members!\nWe are excited to announce that we are hosting our Annual Halloween Event for Kids\, aimed to provide a safe and entertaining environment for all the little ghouls and goblins out there! The event will be full of games\, activities\, and\, of course\, lots of candy. We are reaching out to our community for volunteers and donations to help make this event a huge success.\nwe need help with: \n• Set-Up Crew: Help us set up the event area. (Time: 2:00 PM – 300 PM)\n• Face Painters: Calling all artists! We need volunteers to paint the faces of our eager attendees. (Time: 400 PM – 6:00 PM)\nGame & Activity Managers: Oversee and manage various games and activities throughout the event. (Time: 400 PM – 6:00 PM)\n• Take-Down Crew: Help dismantle and clean up the event area after all the fun is over.\n(Time: 6:15 PM – 700 PM) \nWe understand that time is a valuable resource and not everyone may be available to volunteer or donate items. We are not accepting candy donations due to safety reasons. However\, you can still make a significant impact by contributing monetarily to the event. Financial contributions will go directly toward purchasing candy\, decorations\, and prizes\, as well as covering any logistical costs to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely for all attending children and families.
